Per Clearing Snow Removal Rates
Per Clearing Rates start at $45.00 per clearing for all driveways/parking areas that fall within the 30 X 15 Ft. range.
The Per Clearing contractual agreement may be implemented at any time before or during the snow removal season (eg: If starting service mid-season, it may be a wiser choice to request "Per Clearing" snow removal to possibly save some money).
All snow removal under the Per-Clearing guidelines takes place "automatically"-- the same as it would under the "Seasonal" guidelines.
The only difference is the convenience in "paying as you go" as opposed to paying for the entire season up front.
This provision is still available as a convenience to our customers and no matter how the comparison is made, the Seasonal Rates method is always the more economical way to go!
Some clients, however, prefer to pay as they go for whatever reason.
We like to provide a choice for our customers!
All properties are still cleared at 3-6 inches each snow morning as required under the Per Clearing guidelines.
Please note that we do not skip clearings under this provision!
There have been too many issues with this request in the past and our drivers have a steady rigorous routine to fulfill every storm.
It is extremely difficult for us to alter our routes and skip clearings whenever the client feels he or she won't be in town, doesn't think the driveway needs it, the parking area is not being used, etc.
Furthermore, skipped driveways ice up or the snow sets up making it much more difficult and sometimes impossible to clear the next time around.
If you think there might be particular situations when you will not need the driveway/parking area cleared, please consider One Time clearings (must call for snow removal each time) or Seasonal Rates (Still quite economical even if the driveway isn't being used from time to time-- no snow set-up time, ice problems etc.
The driveway is always maintained whether you are using it or not.)
