Payment is for snow removal between November 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010 regardless of the snow fall amounts that we receive in the Lake Tahoe area. Per Clearing Snow Removal: Snow removal takes place between 3 & 6 inches. Depending on snow conditions you may be billed for one or more clearings per snow storm for the period of November 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.
